We are all getting older and hospitals are crammed, so how do we manage or stem the flow?

Well, as that old proverb goes, 'prevention is better then the cure'. We are obese and getting worse by the day, we

want the best for our kids and those kids are going to have to carry a great burden of older, sicker population, with the cost of health spiralling out of control.
What if the Heart Foundation tick was on enough things at the shops, so that all you would do is look for the tick and put your selections into the shopping trolley? But would I or would others do this? I do.
I see a time when you stay healthy to save money; the healthier you are the more you save because as you save your health you’re saving us money in health costs. I'm talking about everyone from the very young to people on the aged pension and people with a disability, but the following scenario is based on a person in the prime of there life.
You attend the gymnasium twice a week, with a regular program, with a gym instructor who checks and tests you on

your fitness and well being.
The instructor rates you on a scale of 1-20 and sends your report to the Taxation department. A test result from your nutritionist and the blood test from the random lab reporting reveals any toxins, alcohol, drugs, cholesterol, blood sugars and others in your system, rating you between 1-20. Your doctor also presses a key that sends the Taxation department your medical report rating between 1-20, I complete my 2 monthly 'healthy life' log book and send it off, completing all the reports. My new rebate amount comes back with 12% off my tax this year, I feel good? But 20% would be better so back to the gym.
